Wong Koon Wai
Independent Non-Executive Chairman
Wong Koon Wai, is our Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman, appointed to the Board on 31 December 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in
Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University, Australia, and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and Chartered Accountant (Malaysian
Institute of Accountants).
He began his career in 2000 as an Audit Assistant at Poh & Co, followed by roles at RSM Robert Teo, Kuan & Co, and Crowe Malaysia PLT, where he rose
to Senior Manager by 2011, gaining expertise in audit, assurance, and corporate transactions.
He later served as Financial Controller at Oriental Castle Sdn Bhd, overseeing financial operations in multiple countries. In 2012, he became Director of
Professional Standards & Practices at the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and in 2014, Chief Operating Officer at Global Line Network Sdn Bhd.
In 2018, he joined RichTech Communications Sdn Bhd as Chief Operating Officer to spearhead the company's proposed listing on Bursa Securities’ LEAP
Market, though the plan was later shelved. Since 2020, he has been Chief Financial Officer of Pappajack Berhad, managing the company’s financial
operations and risk management.
Lee Teik Keong
Managing Director
Lee Teik Keong, our Promoter, Managing Director, appointed to the Board on 21 September 2023. He is the spouse of Agnes Wong Eei Nien, our Group’s
Executive Director. With approximately 21 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has specialized in IT, computer, and software
programming.
He holds an International Diploma and Higher Diploma in Computer Science from FTMS School of Computing Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Computer Science from De Montfort University, Malaysia campus.
He began his career in 2003 as an Applications Developer at Unrealmind Interactive Berhad, where he was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2005 before
resigning in 2007. He then joined Golden Dynamic Enterprises (M) Sdn Bhd as a System Analyst, later becoming Technical Manager, overseeing IT
projects, system development, and IT security.
In 2007, he also joined RichTech Communications Sdn Bhd as a director and acquired significant equity stakes. After leaving Golden Dynamic Enterprises in
2010, he assumed the role of Managing Director at RichTech Communications Sdn Bhd , managing operations, business strategies, and growth initiatives in
electronic reload and bill payment services. He continues to lead the Group following its listing.
Agnes Wong Eei Nien
Executive Director
Agnes Wong Eei Nien, is our Executive Director, appointed to the Board on 21 September 2023. She is the spouse of Lee Teik Keong, our Group’s
Managing Director.
She holds a Diploma in Computer Studies (E-Commerce) and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies (Computer Science) from Informatics College,
Malaysia.
She began her career in 2005 as an Account Executive at Unrealmind Interactive Berhad, managing mobile content submissions, quality control, and client
requests. After leaving in 2006, she joined Universal Music Sdn Bhd as a Content Executive, overseeing mobile content updates and production scheduling.
In 2010, she became a director of RichTech Communications Sdn Bhd and acquired the remaining 5% equity in 2010. Following her resignation from
Universal Music Sdn Bhd in 2012, she officially assumed her role at RichTech Communications Sdn Bhd, overseeing advertising, promotion, and marketing
activities. She continues these responsibilities after the Group’s listing and holds no external directorships or shareholdings.
Koo Woon Kan
Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
Koo Woon Kan, is our Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, appointed to the Board on 31 December 2023. She is a qualified member of the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2013 and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2019.
Her career began in 1999 as an Assistant Accountant at Guardian Security Consultants Sdn Bhd, where she managed accounts reporting. In 2001, she
joined HLI-Hume Management Co. Sdn Bhd as Audit Executive, later becoming Senior Internal Auditor, focusing on compliance, risk management, and
performance reviews.
She later held accounting roles at Mobile Distribution (M) Sdn Bhd, Puma Sports Goods Sdn Bhd, and Scope International (M) Sdn Bhd, gaining extensive
experience in financial reporting, audit functions, and receivables management.
She established Eco Circle Sdn Bhd (property investment and trading) in 2011, Rightway Management Sdn Bhd (accounting services) in 2016, and
Rightway Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd (secretarial services) in 2022, where she oversees management and operations. Since 2014, she has also served as
Financial Controller of Chi Yuan Industrial (M) Sdn Bhd, a manufacturer of industrial polymers
Yeoh Jie Hu
Independent Non-Executive Director
Yeoh Jie Hu, is our Independent Non-Executive Director, appointed to the Board on 31 December 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of
London (external program) and a Certificate in Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia. He has been an Advocate and
Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Bar Council Malaysia member since 2012.
He began his legal career in 2011 with Messrs. Shahrizat Rashid & Lee, focusing on litigation involving debt recovery and employment issues. He later
joined Messrs. Gopi Seshadari in 2014, handling corporate and construction litigation, and then Messrs. Benjamin Dawson in 2016, dealing with banking and
contractual disputes.
In 2018, he became Assistant Manager at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad, overseeing legal matters. That same year, he co-founded The Law
Chambers of Ng & Yeoh, specializing in litigation services, before departing in 2020. Since 2020, he has been Managing Partner of Messrs. Yeoh &
Partners, where he handles general litigation and conveyancing matters.
Tan Yeon Kieng
Independent Non-Executive Director
Tan Yeon Kieng is RichTech’s Independent Non-Executive Director, appointed to the Board on 31 December 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from
the University of Otago, New Zealand.
He began his career in 1999 as an Executive at Hong Leong Bank Berhad, handling car loan processing and hire purchase marketing. He later held
business development and marketing roles at Sunway Leasing Sdn Bhd, Intercontinental Specialty Fats Sdn Bhd, and Torita Rubber Sdn Bhd, gaining
experience in credit processing, logistics, and international business expansion.
Since 2002, he has been with Great Eastern Life Assurance (M) Berhad, where he currently serves as Unit Manager. His responsibilities include agent
recruitment, agency development, and personal sales.
